A Way Forward
About Me
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that our relationships influence our well-being. This can include your relationships at home, at work, your past relationships, and your relationship with yourself. In our work together we will gain insight on these interaction patterns that can help support you towards achieving new outcomes and the changes you desire. By creating a safe, trusting therapeutic environment, my goal is to empower clients to engage in these relationships in a new way. I often help clients work with anxiety, depression, substance use, self-esteem, relationship concerns, family dynamics, and life transitions.

I believe that human beings are capable and can solve their own problems if they are able to. Along with that, sometimes our solutions to problems don’t work and I believe that promoting awareness around interaction patterns, and changing those patterns, is one way to solve the problems we’re stuck in.
I believe that therapy is where you can learn and grow in a collaborative relationship between therapist and client; it’s a place where we can explore ourselves with curiosity and nonjudgement. My aim is to promote a warm, supportive environment where feelings can be brought forth and problems can be solved.
